I started cooking again. Canned food is good and well, but it certainly won't help me lose weight.

Today I took lemon juice to help digest and special teas (against water retention and to digest).

Alright, I haven't posted since June. Bad me. Plus, I took back every kg I lost and then some >_<
Stress really isn't good to stay slim.

Anyway, I'm back. I joined the Snoctember Challenge at WeightBot: from 09/17/09 to 11/19/09. Two full months to lose 9 kg: 1 per week.
I began this challenge at 124 kg and am aiming for 115 kg.
I haven't been doing really good up till now: it's been three weeks already and I took two kgs... -_-
So I'm going to try and use LJ to keep myself in line again.

For today: almost no sleep, so I probably eat too much tonight >_< Still, I began keeping track of my food intake again, with hope it will keep me from exagerating too much.

EDIT: as I thought, it was a catastrophe >_<

Sleep was awful >_< Still, I slept long enough: I wasn't tired at work (I had to get up at 5.30 to be at work for the delivery ^^).

Work very stressful: I can't wait to be able to change my job, I can't bear to work here anymore T_T
Anyway, I was so upset that I ate way too much: by my midday snack, I was already at 2000 calories when usually I use between 1700 and 1800 per day.

That said, I will have time to digest before tomorrow: this evening I will eat light and I will go to the swimming pool again too ^^ Two days in a row, it will look good on my scale! XD

Also, we got a beautiful day and I took advantage for once: while coming back from work, I stopped along the canal and sat at a bench for half an hour with a book and lots of sunshine ^___^ On the downside, I will roast again in my bedroom tonight XD.

Plenty of sleep (even if it was way too hot in my bedroom XD). I lost 2.9 kg since last Tuesday!! In all, I lost 8.1 kg since May 12! ^^

Day peaceful and quiet, I eat well (lots of fruits, especially ananas and peach) and went to the swimming pool for 70 minutes too! ^^

Not much sleep, but I got up a 10.00 am to go to my parents' and I couldn't go to bed before 3.00 am (came back from work à 2.30 am ^^;;). I took 0.2 kg, but I didn't go to the toilets, so I don't worry (plus I didn't eat fruits: I need to go buy more ;p)

[After shopping for food ^^] Eat REALLY well, good food and very little calories, plenty of fruits and water.

Exercice: 76 minutes of aerobics with my parents' Wii Fit game! ^^
